Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use

Article 1: Purpose

The present General Terms and Conditions of Sales and Services are applicable to any registration or membership on the website of International Football Scouting, domiciled in France.
The General Terms and Conditions define the terms and conditions between the website https://foot-scouting.com/ and any individual or legal entity, from registration to the provision of the service ordered, including payment. We reserve the right to modify the General Conditions from time to time.

Article 2: Services

– International Football Scouting helps athletes to succeed in their professional soccer challenges.
– IFS is aimed at recruiters and club representatives who wish to take part in our detections. We don’t train players, we offer them visibility. Simply register on the website or contact us at contact@foot-scouting.com
– Our scouting courses are available on our website. Each detection is followed by a description (position, category, etc.) and images of the sports complex. The photos are as accurate as possible and represent the location.
– Our training courses are held several times a year in France and abroad. Detection courses bring together around 100 players over one or more days.
– Our agents, recruiters, coaches and a number of top-level sports personalities attend and advise on our detection courses.
– Sport and diet go hand in hand. During the conferences, we provide the trainee with a physical trainer, nutritionists and coaches.

Article 3: Rates

IFS publishes its prices on its website. The price varies according to the choices made by the soccer fan (location, position, category, etc.). We confirm the price when the order is placed by the member. The prices of IFS services are indicated in euros, exclusive of tax.

Article 4: Cancellation, change and refund

International Football Scouting does not issue refunds under any circumstances, only in the case of injury with a medical certificate. If this is not the case, we can make a change of detection. For a change of detection, the buyer must make the request within 7 days before the date of detection.

Article 5: Ordering

– The purchase of the service offered by IFS requires the registration of the athlete on our website. Membership means accepting the website’s General Terms and Conditions of Use. The Member must register as such to access our offers. The Member may check “Remember me” to ensure that passwords are not forgotten. If this is not the case, click on “Forgot your password?” and follow the steps to recover your password.
– The Member completes the order by filling in the shopping basket. Once registered, he/she must validate the payment method and order.
– Each order represents acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale for each member. To do so, you must tick the appropriate box to finalize the operation.

Article 6: Setting up the service

The Member receives the details of his training by e-mail after the payment has been validated. Details are also available on the website. It is the Member’s responsibility to know the time, place and details of the training. The training courses of each trainee can be consulted in the “Registration” tab on our website. Members can receive the dates of upcoming tournaments by registering on our website.
